Description
What A Treat is a strong, robust mare with plenty of substance and this is exactly what she puts into her foals. The dam of two live foals to date , her eldest is a yearling by All Too Hard which made $50,000 through the sale ring this year at the Melbourne Premier yearling sale. It will get every chance being knocked down to the bid of leading stable Team Hawkes. What A Treat also has a weanling filly by the inform young stallion Star Witness and on type she possesses all the strength and substance of her mother in conjunction with the quality of her sire.
What A Treat is by the Champion Lonhro and was a six time winner at the track herself, up to 1200m. Her dam Modellista is by the sire of sires in Redoute’s Choice and is a winning sister to the racetrack phenomenon and proven producer of the highest quality offspring in Fashions Afield, dam of Kiss And Make Up. Recently retired to stud, Kiss And Make Up will cover his first book of mares in the upcoming 2017 breeding season in the Hunter Valley. This is a very contemporary pedigree update for the mare on offer.
