Description
Trance is in foal to 'Reward for Effort' - service fee $16,500. Poets voice (service fee $10,000) colt at foot. Good pinhook prospect.
Trance's 2 best group winning half brothers have Exceed and Excel in their pedigrees (Archives $209,000 and Safeguard $302,400) Reward for Effort is by Exceed and Excel. Reward for Effort Melbourne Premier Yearling sale session one, his yearlings offered averaged $84,000.
Trance is lovely to handle, trim, float, pregnancy test. Vaccinated against Herpes, Strangles, Tetanus. Excellent fertility. This year a successful pregnancy from first and only service. Great mother.
If 3 of her offspring had not died at foal/weanling age earlier in her career, her pedigree page may look even better. One yearling sold to China (2014 filly by Rothesay) and winner status probably will never be known. Her best offspring are possibly yet to come.
The 3 best stallions she has been to are in the last 3 years ('The Factor' filly is being retained to be raced by the owners.) Poets Voice (service fee $10,000) colt is at foot and is a well grown, striking individual (see videos and photos). We would be interested in buying back a 25 to 100% share in him if someone was interested in a broodmare only.
Trance last dentistry August 2017. Both mare and foal trimmed 17/4/18. The foal is very sensible and well handled - see videos.
We would welcome inspection and/or veterinary examination (Pakenham, Vic). References available from Trance's vet surgeon and previous owner before myself.
I purchased her privately in 2016 after she did not reach reserve of $30,000 at Inglis Great Southern sale in June 2016.
Genuine reason for sale. Trance would be 100% tax deductible for an investor pursuing breeding as a business.
