Description
SPEED MACHINE - 5 X METRO WINNER!!
Foxicon is a lightly raced 5yo mare by Foxwedge. She is an ultra speedy mare, having won 5 races from just 12 starts.
4 of her 5 wins came at metropolitan level, 2 being in Saturday grade BM84 races. Her 2 other metropolitan wins came in the 955m challenge races at Moonee Valley, which shows just how fast she is. She also ran 2nd in the 955m challenge final.
She was very unlucky not to have earned black type when running a close, and very unlucky 4th in the Group 3 Proud Miss Stakes.
She no doubt had the ability to be a stakes winner, but sadly her soundness has prevented her from fulfilling her true ability. Please find attached the vet report from her recent injury.
An example of her ability can be seen in an excellent trial she had at Pakenham early days, splitting the likes of Group 1 winners Chain Of Lightning and I Wish I Win.
She is a strong, solid mare who will put plenty of strength and speed into her progeny. She is an Australian breeder’s dream, SPEED SPEED SPEED!
She is being sold as a broodmare prospect only.
