Description
A Leg (25%) in a Lightly Raced Colt Being Trained by Ciaron Maher Racing:
*RACING UPDATE*
Saint Emilion found his way into the Winners Circle at Goulburn on Tuesday 8th of October over 1600m.
This was just his third career start & we have no doubt he’ll continue to improve with time, maturity and over further distance.
One of our SAINT EMILION co-owners has decided that they are looking to consolidate their equine investments and reduce their total number of horses. As a result, SAINT EMILION was chosen as one of their horses they considered surplus to their needs and are offering to sell their 25% (5 x 5% Shares) equity in this 3yo Colt.
A colt that has taken time to mature (as anticipated) due to his late foaling date of 13 November 21. Arguably the colt could have won on debut when closing off over 1350m at Newcastle beaten just 0.36 length behind Interjection and Firm Agreement and these two horses have both come out and won their next starts.
SAINT EMILION went to Kembla for his next start and a forward showing was anticipated however our colt proved disappointing and dropped out to be beaten 6.7 lengths with no obvious excuses being determined. That was enough for the co-owner of this 25% equity to declare the time has come to reduce his outgoings and therefore sell their 25% interest.
Dynamic Syndications are offering the 25% Share in the colt (As Agent) on behalf of this Co-Owner.
We have been instructed to offer the share for Unreserved sale.

SAINT EMILION is trained by Ciaron Maher Racing and professionally managed by Dynamic Syndications. The successful bidder will enter into the colt under Dynamic Syndications’ management agreement and be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Syndicate Deed (as attached).
In order to complete any sale, the sale will be conditional upon the buyer immediately signing the Dynamic Syndications ownership documentation (attached), inclusive of a Secondary Sale PDS and an Owners Deed of Agreement effective at point of sale, plus any required Racing Australia transfer of ownership documents and associated fees.
Ongoing costs and obligations apply, including a monthly management fee payable to Dynamic Syndications. Please refer to the attached PDS and Owners Deed for further information.
