Description

Strike is a well-bred three-year-old by leading Queensland sire Spirit of Boom. He is a full brother to $2M Magic Millions 3YO Guineas winner Boomsara.

Strike won on debut at Eagle Farm as a two-year-old before starting short in the market in the Listed Wyong Magic Millions 2YO race. In this race he injured his hock and needed a long spell. He resumed as a three-year-old where he ran fourth at Canterbury before missing the start at Doomben and running below expectations. Strike finished sixth at the Sunshine Coast on September 20th.

Strike could be improved with gelding and he is also QTIS eligible. He is being sold as the syndicate that races him is only interested in racing future stallion prospects. Strike is being sold unreserved and is available for inspection and vetting at Kolora Lodge by appointment.
