Description
Descending from Easy Date, as do successful sires Not A Single Doubt, Snippets and Rogano, this colt certainly has a stallion’s pedigree. Stakes placed at 2 on just his second start, Wizard Of Oz possesses some of the finest bloodlines in the Stud Book being a son of Exceed and Excel out of a daughter of Frankel, and whose dam Colour, by More Than Ready, was a Group winner at 2.
A $1.1m yearling, this colt has huge racing and breeding upside. As a descendant of Easy Date, he is closely related to Group One winners Forensics, King’s Legacy, Rewaaya, Sense of Occasion, Ertijaal, Oohood, and the a fore mentioned Snippets. This is a family with over 70% winners to runners and nearly 6% Stakes winners to runners, from 472 starters.
