Description
What an outstanding opportunity to secure a Redoute’s Choice mare from an impressive black-type family, with a filly foal at foot by the multiple Group 1 winning and producing sire Dundeel.
Offered on behalf of the late Alan Osburg estate, Aliberani (Redoute’s Choice) is a three-quarter-sister to stakes performers Imvula and African Rainbow, as well as being a half or full-sister to the dams of stakes performers Miss Tycoon Rose and MacArthur.
From an exciting family which includes stakes winners Savana City, Rose Of War, King Of Danes, Rose Of Peace, Nicoscene, and many more, Aliberani has had two winners from three to the races, highlighted by the three-time-winning, Group 3 placed Light Up The Room (So You Think) who foaled a Lonhro colt in her first season at stud, and is now in foal to Group 1 Golden Slipper winner Capitalist.
Being sold with a Dundeel filly foal at foot who is bred on a highly successful pedigree cross that has produced Group 1 winner Super Seth as well as five further stakes performers, the potential of this filly in the buoyant yearling sale market is exciting, with Dundeel’s 2022 yearling fillies selling up to $1.7m.The filly at foot is an exceptional type which has been the norm for this mare, like the other foals she processes a great deal of quality, strength and natural muscle. The 2020 Dundeel filly was sold at Inglis Classic 2022 sale for $250K, her 2021 Dundeel filly will be sold at either MM January or Inglis Classic 2023 sale.
Ali has had all her foals here at Torryburn and is dearly loved by the staff. Exceptional temperament and easy to do anything with. The mare holds a booking to Harry Angel who book is now full, you have the option of using this nomination OR obviously any stallion of your choice. The 2022 foaling was uncomplicated, and the mare looks good for an early cover again this spring.
