Description

Labarna is a 3-year-old gelding by the Champion Sire for 2020/21, Written Tycoon. His dam, the winning Hittite, is by the renowned broodmare sire, Redoute’s Choice. She has produced one winner from two named foals. Labarna hails from the same family as the Champion Australian two-year-old filly and Silver Slipper winner, Hasna.

Labarna is currently in training in Melbourne. He has been lightly campaigned there, with only three starts to his name. His best result came when third in a 1400m race over heavy ground at Werribee. He will have a jumpout at Flemington on Friday 15 December.
