Description
By young NZ stallion Ardrossan, this yearling colt is out of a mare who won 2 races in NZ, including her maiden win by 7 lengths. This is the 3rd foal of the mare ; the other two progeny are fillies that are in NZ, the youngest an unraced 2yo. Ardrossan had a full book of mares in 2023 & stands for $NZ 10,000 at Waikato Stud.
Yearling progeny of Ardrossan averaged $182.5 K(median $165K) in book 1 at the recent Karaka yearling sale from 8 sold. In book 2, there were 6 yearlings sold with an average of $104 K (median $110 K).
