Description
Texas Spur is a lovely young mare in foal on an early September cover to the exciting up and coming sire, Press Statement.
A winner on the track, Texas Spur is by outstanding Broodmare sire, Flying Spur (Sebring, Headway, Delago Deluxe, etc.), and is out of the precocious G3 Black Opal runner up, Another Time. Her female family is one littered with high class gallopers including Presently, New Predator and Serena Miss.
Now in his second year at stud, covering sire, Press Statement, was an undefeated Group 1 winning two-year-old that trained on at three to annex the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas. His first foals have just hit the ground this year and true to type he has left some cracking foals with great quality, substance and strength.
This an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-bred young mare in foal on an early and exciting commercial cover.
