Description
Fashion Model is a 5 year old maiden mare by super-sire, I AM INVINCIBLE. An $82,500 yearling even before I Am Invincible had hit his straps, she is an exceptional type, hence her name.
A four-time winner, Fashion Model has earned $72,795 but due to a few niggling problems, her large ownership group has decided to retire her.
While mares by I Am Invincible are only just starting careers as broodmares, to-date 9 have sold at public auction with a top price of $1.05 million and an average of $184,428. The most recent sale was maiden mare Yulong Xingsheng, who sold at this week's Great Southern Sale for $380,000!
I am Invincible mares will continue to be popular, due to being free of Danehill blood.
Fashion Model is out of dual winning mare Fashion Week, the dam of four winners to-date. She is by DEHERE, who is damsire of Group One winners Hauraki, Forensics and Rebel Raider as well as Fravashi, Reprisal, Doyoudare, New Zealand based The Lady, US stars Midnight Lute, Graydar, Take Charge Indy and Will Take Charge amongst many others.
Fashion Model is conformationally correct, has a stunning head, great shoulder and a lovely temperament. She stands 16hh+. She is truly a fabulous type and will make a fantastic broodmare.
