Description

Roaming to Win is a 5yo mare by Northern Meteor out of a Peintre Celebre mare.

She stands approx. 15.1hh. Genuine unreserved sale as I need to reduce stable numbers.

This mare is probably due for a spell, having run nine times this preparation, with her last start on August 18 at Narrandera.

She's as game as Ned Kelly but her size has gone against her. She would suit weaker company. Handles all types of tracks, having placed in the Heavy, Soft and Good range. Her win last December at Albury is attached to this listing, as well as three placed efforts this prep - as you can see she tries her heart out.

She has a nice page behind her, is an outcross to Danehill line stallions and is out of a half sister to G1 winner REINING TO WIN. Her own dam has produced three winners from four foals to race.
