Description
Bombardier is a lightly raced, rising 5yo gelding by Smart Missile out of the Canny Lad mare High Heels making him a half brother to Multiple Gr 1 winner Desert War and Gr 1 Winner Laser Hawk. He has plenty of talent winning two of his first three starts at Kembla and Hawkesbury.
He became a roarer in Feb 2016 and had successful Tie Back Surgery. He kicked off his career with a win at Kembla in June 2017, followed by 2nd placing in July 17 and another win in August 17 both at Hawkesbury. Unfortunately, he has become a roarer again(Grade 4).
Bombardier is a very big horse, standing close to 17 Hands and is much better on a dry track. Remember the saying "The worst fault you can have is lack of ability'" ?, Well this horse has plenty of ability!
