SHOW A HEART MARE FROM THE FAMILY OF DUBIOUS, WITH A CRACKING COLT FOAL AT FOOT BY SPILL THE BEANS.
Foaled on August 9th this colt presents as a great pin-hooking opportunity. He is a well put together foal with an attractive head and a good action.
Spill The Beans has 144 first crop 2YOs to race for him this season and he has already sired 1 winner and 3 place-getters from his first 5 runners to-date. He is currently #3 on Australia’s First Season Sires’ List, behind only Vancouver and Pride of Dubai.
By the excellent broodmare sire Show A Heart, whose daughters have produced over 68% winners to runners including Group 1 winner Miss Cover Girl, Our Momento is from a real Queensland speed family. She is closely related to Dubious (Not A Single Doubt), winner of the Gr.2 Champagne Classic and 2nd in the $2.5m Magic Millions 2YO Classic last season for Ciaron Maher and David Eustace. This is also the family of stallions Neo Universe, Street Cry, Shamardal and Territories.
Our Momento’s half-sister Shamtilly Lace is the dam of That’s Tilly (2016 f. Testa Rossa). A $55,000 Magic Millions March Yearling Sale graduate, she was city-placed at 2 from just three starts to-date for Carolyn Sargeant.
