Description

Need The Yen is an honest, durable galloper who has a great racing style in that he can race in the first half of the field in his races over the short course - this being a fantastic attribute to have as country and dirt tracks lend themselves to on pace runners.

He is by tradesman sire in Reward For Effort and Need The Yen is very much in that mould.

He is sound and ready to race on in the right grade, that being in provincial or country venues or he would be a terrific candidate to race in the Northern Territory.

Need The Yen is fantastic to have around the stable and he is quite a tractable galloper.

The horse is being moved on as trainer and connections strictly race Metropolitan class horses.
