Description
Dackarna is a lightly raced 4yo maiden mare who has some quirks but does have untapped potential. She has been slow to mature but learnt something each time she went to the track during her last prep where we tinkered with different racing styles and distances. Just as we felt we had her ready, she was ready for a spell and went to the paddock in good condition. She is 100% sound and is currently at Kilto Park enjoying a good break waiting to start pre training for a new prep.
While Dackarna is being advertised as a race mare, she would make a lovely broodmare after racing as she has the looks and pedigree to boot. Her half-brother, Merlini is stakes placed in NZ while her half sister, Carmen Sandiego is a winner and is showing potential for Mitchell Freedman. She also has a couple of other siblings to hit the track in the coming years to also improve her worth.
This is a reluctant sale to dissolve a partnership however many owners would be interested in jumping back in with the new owner to continue their association with her.
