Description
This is a very attractive weanling who will develop into a very good style of yearling. You can decide to race her or sell her in February 2020. Her dam is by Lonhro out of an O’Reilly mare and the family is littered with black type winners. The weanling herself is a half-sister to the metro winning gelding Scintillating (by Blackfriars). The current yearling (full sister) sold well in Perth and is the stables of Group 1 winning trainer Neville Parnham, who trained Rommel. She is well grown with good conformation and an excellent attitude.
She is by the exciting young stallion ROMMEL (Commands x I’mtoogoodtobetrue) who has everything it takes to be a successful sire. By the champion sire Commands out of an American family littered with black type, Rommel himself, was a pre-Christmas 2yo possessing great early speed in winning his first race start, before narrowly missing out on the Magic Millions 2yo race by 0.2L after being 10th on the turn. He won the Group 2 WA Guineas and the Group 3 Zeditave Stakes at Caulfield. A stunning individual with great conformation, he is stamping his stock. The first crop to go through the ring sold to $130,000 and have all gone to leading trainers, so they will certainly be given every chance.
