Half-brother to impressive last-start Stakes winner BELLA VELLA, from a mare with a 100% winning strike rate.
An 8-time winner to 1100m, 5YO Bella Vella is the first foal for the winning Stormy Atlantic mare Forget The Weather. Bella Vella won the final of the Ladbrokes 55 Second Challenge at Moonee Valley first-up this prep, before taking out the Listed Railway Stakes at Morphetville. Trainer Will Clarken is now aiming her for the Group 1 Robert Sangster Stakes on May 2nd.
Forget The Weather's other two foals to race - 4YO Fabulous Fran and 3YO I Love Luka - are both winners and still in training s plenty more updates to come.
Forget The Weather has an unraced Smart Missile 2YO colt named Typhoon Force in training with Tony Gollan, and she is currently in-foal to European Champion 2YO Churchill.
