Description
Shortaz – one of the most handsome thoroughbreds you will ever lay your eyes upon and once his racing days conclude, he will be in demand for any equine pursuit.
He certainly still has the ability to win races however from our position, we accept his ability is limited and we consider he doesn’t have the class we need to win in Sydney.
Therefore, having been given his opportunities, the time has come to let him head off to a trainer in an easier racing district where he can be placed to advantage. He is bred to be a staying horse and he wants a trip, as can be seen off his most recent race start. He is certainly capable of winning races for his new owners. Had he led last start we believe he could have won. Oh well, that’s racing but it was also the catalyst for a frustrated ownership team to say goodbye. It was a split vote but the majority fell on the side to sell, so that’s why he is here.
As with all Dynamic Syndications horses we offer at auction, they are here for unreserved sale. So, he is on the market from the opening bid.
