Miss Sydney is a very nice mare that stands approximately 16HH, moves very well, is correct, carries well and has a great outlook and attitude.
Miss Sydney is by the Champion Broodmare Sire Redoute’s Choice who has been the sire of the dams of over 67% winner to runners including over 100 stakes winners with earnings over $150 million in prize money.
Miss Sydney was a 3 time winner and earner of over $100,000 in prize money during her racing career, she was purchased at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale for $150,000 by astute bloodstock agent Boomer Bloodstock. She has a nice pedigree full of speed, she is out of a very fast stakes winning 2YO Snippets mare and is one of 7 winners that her dam later produced and is also a close relation to the G1 Golden Slipper winner Danzero.
Miss Sydney is carrying a positive pregnancy on an early cover to Eureka Stud’s resident gun sire Spirit Of Boom. Spirit Of Boom is doing an outstanding job at stud so far and is standing at a fee of $44,000. Spirit Of Boom has had 11 stakes winners to date highlighted by Boomsara and Outback Barbie. His yearlings have been very well received in the sales ring selling for up to $500,000 at the Premier Yearling Sales.
