Description

Violet Finale is a very attractive broodmare prospect. She is good looking, by a top stallion and from an excellent family.

Violet Finale is medium sized, has good bone and feet and an attractive head. She is correct, moves well and has a nice shape.

She is a half sister to the Group 1 AJC Oaks winner Wild Iris, who is the dam of the outstanding Zanbagh. Zanbagh was a multiple Group winner ( and three times Group 1 placed) and won over $1.2 million in prizemoney. There is a great deal of upside on offer in this family – Zanbagh produced a Pierro filly in 2019 and is in foal to Exceed And Excel. Another sister, Classic Vogue, produced a Lonhro filly in 2019.

Her sire, Tavistock, is the sire of a large number of high class horses including Toffee Tongue and Tarzino.

Violet Finale will be an easy mare to mate, both physically and from a pedigree standpoint. She is free of any Danehill blood.
