This colt is by the Group 3 winning sire WAR and is out of the unraced ENCOSTA DE LAGO mare PRAYERS’N’PROMISES. War was a Stakes placed 2yo before winning the Group 3 Up & Coming Stakes as a 3yo. He is the sire of the multiple winners ALL IN BRAWL and SHADOW BRIDGE and his yearlings have sold for up to $155,000 and his ready-to-run 2yos for up to $420,000.
Prayers’n’Promises is by the multiple Champion Broodmare Sire Encosta De Lago, who is the broodmare sire of 14 individual Group 1 winners including HAPPY CLAPPER, IMPENDING, ALABAMA EXPRESS etc. His winners to runners percentage as a broodmare sire currently sits at over 65% for colts.
