Description
This filly is from the first crop of the Group 2 winning sire GOLD STANDARD and is out of the unraced ROCK HARD TEN (USA) mare BO DEE. Gold Standard won the Group 2 Stan Fox Stakes in his 3yo season, defeating future Group 1 winners TRAPEZE ARTIST and ACE HIGH. He also placed 4th in a photo in the stallion making Group 1 Golden Rose.
Bo Dee is by the dual Group 1 winning sire Rock Hard Ten, who is the broodmare sire of Group 1 winner NUCKY and the Group 3 winner ZARGOS. His winners to runners percentage as a broodmare sire currently sits at over 60%. Bo Dee is out of a half-sister to dual Group 1 winner KICKEN KRIS. She has produced one foal to race, SUPER YULONG, who was a winner at two last season and also finished a close-up 4th in the Listed VRC Taj Rossi Series Final.
This filly is a big, powerful girl who is continuing to mature nicely. On the 6th of August she weighed 419kgs and stood 157cms tall.
She was inspected by Simon Vivian & Mark Dodemaide from the Inglis Melbourne Bloodstock team on the 30th of July.
