Description
Just turned yearling filly from the first crop of Champion sprinter Merchant Navy out of the Reset mare Loyal Hero - a half-sister to Group 3 winner and Group 1 placed star mare Faraway Town.
This is from the family of Group 1 winners Only a Lady and Travel Light as well as the stakes winners SmokoRedwood Falls and Lisson Grove.
The first crop of Merchant Navy foals presented at this years’ weanling sales. Between Inglis Australian Weanling Sale and Magic Millions National Weanling sale, 18 Merchant Navy foals were offered with 15 selling at an average of $57,466 and a high of $210,000.
Merchant Navy stood for a fee of $55,000 in 2018.
