Description

Crimson Ribbon is cracking broodmare prospect for those astute buyers in the market. She is by one of the best broodmare sires Australia has been seen in Encosta De Lago, out of an American family where the first two dams are Group performed and have produced Group performed horses. Crimson Ribbon has been no slouch in that department either having 3 foals to race for 3 winners, including horses that have earnt up to $135k on the track.

In the sales ring she has had exception results as well, with her foals selling to some of the best judges of thoroughbred judges around, including John Foote and Tony McEvoy for up to $260,000! She is currently in foal to the exciting up and coming stallion Encryption, who has had his first foals on the ground impressing all the breeders who have had the pleasure of seeing them so far.

Crimson Ribbon stands at 16 hands and is a no fuss mare with no vices. From the photos you can see that she has a strong shoulder and a powerful hind quarter that she hand down to her progeny. She is neat and tidy in both her front and hind legs and is handling the pregnancy very well.
