Description
Crimlet is a talented daughter of Epaulette who possessed an electric turn of foot on the track. She broke her maiden at the second time of asking in tremendous fashion, careering away from her rivals to put 2.5L between herself and Matowatakpe, who has subsequently won twice at metropolitan level.
She followed that up next time out with the minimum of fuss, beating a field which included five subsequent winners by 1.5L.
Crimlet also boasts a cracking pedigree and is out of an unraced half-sister to six winners, including the dual Group 1 heroine PLATELET. This is also the family of Group 2 Expressway Stakes winner HOCKNEY and Inglis Banner winner DALRADIAN.
Crimlet has degeneration in the knee joints and is not suitable for racing. She is sold as a broodmare prospect only. More information is available on request.
