Description
Miss Hellbender is a very strong daughter of the stallion of the moment Written Tycoon. A $100,000 yearling, she showed plenty of ability at two, running 3rd in the rich VOBIS Gold Sires at Caulfield behind Stakeswinner Thrillster.
Her three-year-old career was cut short to a paddock accident which has left severe scaring to her back legs. This is an on going issue which we keep bandaged. However is doesn't cause her any lameness.
She retires as a winner of three races up to 1600m, her latest being two starts ago at Ballarat. On the track she won her purchase price with change. A good size mare, she will make a lovely broodmare.
From Anabaa mare Salamader Bay, she is a half sister to Hong Kong winner Wayfoong Charmer. Her dam has a yearling filly by Sebring.
