Description
Serilda is a winning Sebring mare out of the Tasmanian Oaks winner and grand producer Marchelle Belle. An impressive tally of 6 wins to her name and more than $300,000 in prizemoney, as well as being Group 2 placed, Marchelle Belle has produced 5 named foals, 4 to race, all winners.
Serilda's Golden Slipper winning sire Sebring has proven himself a sire of top class racehorses, has sire sons now standing at stud and is proving himself a growing force as a broodmare sire, having already sired the dams of blacktype horses such as The Enzo and Ironedge.
Currently not in foal Serilda is being offered with an Outreach colt foal at foot. Outreach progeny have certainly hit the ground running with the sire boasting a winners to runners strike rate of 38% from only a couple of crops to race. Outreach's progeny have sold for up to $60,000 as yearlings in 2020, a testament to the fact the stallion can throw a great type when considering these results have come from only a modest service fee. As you can see in the footage attached the foal was bandaged but this was only for a superficial injury.
Serilda was herself a $170,000 yearling purchase which speaks volumes about her physical makeup and this is quality that she will no doubt continue to throw into her offspring as is evident with the foal being sold at foot.
