Big Bad Bruce is a multiple-winning son of leading stallion Not A Single Doubt. He is due to have one more run for Joe Pride up in Queensland, before being transferred to the Tony Gollan stable at Eagle Farm.
Big Bad Bruce was an impressive two length winner at Wyong earlier this preparation and was twice placed at metropolitan level in his previous prep, beaten half a length or less on both occasions.
Joe Pride is of the opinion that Big Bad Bruce will be better suited to Queensland racing. In the past Triple Crown have had good success when moving horses from Sydney to Tony Gollan, and with the racing a grade easier in Queensland there should be opportunities for Big Bad Bruce to capitalize.
