Description
Yearling filly by Dual Group 1 winning sire Toorak Toff whose progeny already sit at 60% winners to starters including the Grp 3 2020 Hobart Cup winning mare Toorak Affair and the Rosemont Stud part owned Iconoclasm winner of the Listed Weekend Hussler Stakes and over 1 million in prize money, amongst others who are constantly maturing and taking banking prize money for their owners.
The untraced dam of this filly is a daughter of the American stallion Hard Spun who as a broodmare sire is sitting at 61% winners to starters, with most of the results overseas while most of his broodmare Australian crops are still coming of racing age.
The dam is a half sister to multiple winners Liger, Tour De Force and Piece Of The Sky. Not only is this the family of Grp 3 Typhoon Tracy Stakes winner Brugal Reward who has recently had a Merchant Navy colt sell for 500k, this filly's 2nd dam is a half sister to Living Legend resident and cult hero in Apache Cat who needs no introduction.
The Graceland Girl filly has inherited her chestnut looks and white blaze not only from her sire who is big and imposing but also from her dam side. She has a lovely movement with a temperament to die for, which she's had from birth.
She's eligible to be nominated for the Tasbred bonus scheme which has been paying plenty of dividends back to the many owners and breeders smart enough to invest.
