Description
Superbly bred 3yr filly from Stakes winning & multiple group placed BECCERA with one of those placings coming in the form of a second in the Group 1 Queensland Oaks. BECCERA has produced 3 foals to race for 2 winners and is also closely related to the great Episode, dam of First Seal and Book Of Kells.
As the name suggests Lonhgoal is by Champion sire Lonhro. As a broodmare sire Lonhro has also proven his quality having sired the dams of 37 stakes winners, 22 of which are Group winners including granddaughters such as Contessa Vanessa, Arcaded and Tenley just to name a couple.
Only lightly raced, Lonhgoal has had multiple placings and can continue to race on or will make a lovely addition to the breeding barn in the upcoming season where she offers plenty of residual value through her pedigree as mentioned above. A $180,000 yearling purchase, speaks volumes for the fact she’s a lovely type to go with her breeding.
A lovely horse all round she justy isn’t holding her spot in a city stable and may find herself better placed in lower grades for future racing.
