Description

MILONIA has shown glimpses of potential throughout her racing career, without a great deal of luck along the way. In her last four runs, she has placed 3rd twice at both Echuca and Cranbourne. On recent feedback from riders and her trainer, Archie Alexander, she is a horse that has shown the ability to win races. Physically, she is a filly that will benefit with more time and racing and potentially a weaker jurisdiction than the Victorian Provincial circuit presents.

MILONIA is by HOLY ROMAN EMPEROR, who was a Champion 2yo by DANEHILL, tying in attractive bloodlines. She is out of the Thorn Park mare, HOLD FOR APPLAUSE, a NZ-bred winner herself who was beaten just 2.6 lengths in the Group 3 Vanity Stakes as a 3yo.

Given the chance to develop and further hone her craft, MILONIA looks to have wins in store in a new environment.
