A young, winning mare by gun broodmare sire, Tale Of The Cat. Tale Of The Cat has long been a hugely successful broodmare sire in both hemispheres, responsible for 98 individual stakes winners as a maternal sire. This mare is out of a half sister to the Group one producing sire, Stryker, and comes from a pedigree full of black type speed performers, including Group One winning sprinter Bentley Biscuit, Secret Agenda, who in turn is the dam of this season’s smart Two Year Old, Enthaar and champion sire, Thorn Park. Casta La Cat’s Headwater filly made $135,000 at the New Zealand ready to run sale purchased by astute judge David Ellis. She also has a sharp looking Outreach 2yo filly to race for her. She is being sold in foal to Supido on a September service date to produce an early foal. Supido is the fastest son of Sebring, recording exceptional times down the straight at Flemington. His oldest crop are currently yearlings and have been well received by bloodstock agents and trainers alike selling for up to $180,000.
