Description
Zeditave Mare - Dam of a stakeswinner
Zedski is a quality daughter of Zeditave, and she leaves very good types that can run.
She wasn't covered in the last two seasons, firstly because she was late in foal the year prior and then because we had too many mares to go stud last year.
When we bought her she had missed the year before, and after a few covers in her first breeding season for us we decided to do a laparoscopic treatment to unblock her oviducts and allow her to get pregnant (assuming that was the reason). This treatment worked resulted in a pregnancy from the first cover to a fertile stallion.
This most recent foal a colt by Fighting Sun sold this year at the Adelaide Magic Millions Sale for $40,000. I have uploaded a photo of the yearling.
Zedski is a lovely mare to deal with, and would make an ideal nanny when you decide to retire her.
She currently has an equilume mask on to get her cycling as early as possible, and hopefully a nice early cover this season.
