Description

Whirling Lass is a 12yo black mare out of Renadah by Spinning World. An extremely nice and big mare with a strong body type and good legs.

Whirling Lass is full-sister to Miss Tipsy Topsy whom was a listed race winner on two occasions; winning both the 2011 Belmont Classic (2200m) and 2011 Belmont Oaks (2000m) with earnings exceeding $380,000. Whirling Lass herself was a well raced mare with 3 wins and 8 placings in 39 starts, earning herself over $50,000. She was a winner over 1200m, 1300m and 1600m.

Whirling Lass has one named foal being Slick Unit (Sessions) whom has accumulated over $59,000 in earnings over 23 starts and is still racing consistently in the current 2021/2022 season. She had a Blackfriars filly in 2017 that has not been named and her 2019 foal by Awesome Rock was destroyed after birth. She was then a foster mare for an orphaned foal and then came back to us.

She has not been served since her last foal and is ready to breed with. All pre-sale veterinary checks are welcome to be done at buyers’ expense on property in Breera.
