Description
** This colt has untapped potential and will improve with racing. He is being sold as a lightly raced, racing proposition. Unfortunately, he doesn’t meet the criteria of the business model of his current ownership group, so the decision has been made to move him on in an unreserved sale.
A $1.15m yearling, Greater Harlem is a 3YO colt by Hinchinbrook who has had five starts to-date for two minor placings, all at Metropolitan level. He has raced against very good company with good form references, including finishing just over three lengths behind subsequent Group One winner Profondo.
Greater Harlem has been a very straightforward horse to deal with from day one and this dates back to his early education after being purchased at the Magic Million Sale in January 2020. He has a lovely temperament, is straightforward on the training tracks and a pleasure to deal with around the stables.

Greater Harlem is closely related to The Everest winner and Champion 3YO Yes Yes Yes, and to the two-time Group One winner In Her Time, who was The Equal Leading Older Female on the 2018 WTR (Sprint).
Please note he has recently had bone chips removed from his knees on the 20th October 2021, however has a very good prognosis. Further details are included in his accompanying vet report.
