His dam CARANO (High Chaparral) won 4 of 16 races (25% SR) and was purpose bred to AKEED MOFEED (Dubawi) to maximise a strong genetic link. Akeed Mofeed is by DUBAWI, a freak racehorse and an even better stallion with over 200 individual Stakes Winners.
DUBAWI has been especially influential over SADLER'S WELLS mares – he has sired an incredible 91 SW over Sadler’s Wells mares at a rate of 10.03% SW to Runners inc GHAIYYATH, NIGHT OF THUNDER, TOO DARN HOT, NEW BAY – that is a globally elite strike rate.
DUBAWI over HIGH CHAPARRAL (Sadler’s Wells) strikes at 9.52% SW to Runners and is the strongest replication of the Dubawi x Sadler’s Wells nick, this is a key reason why Carano was bred to Akeed Mofeed.
