Daughters of the legendary Sadler's Wells' brilliant Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winning son Carnegie are not easy to come across and they are prized possessions!

The winner of seven of his 13 starts, Carnegie (who is closely related to the superstar stallion Zabeel) has done a wonderful job at stud with his 16 stakes winners including the Gr.1 winners Tuesday Joy, Vision And Power, Carnegie Express, Perlin and Amalfi - and he has further excelled as a broodmare sire with another 35 stakes winners including the Gr.1 gallopers Maurice, Whobegotyou, Concert Hall, Southern Legend, Gondokoro, Zabeelionaire and Kushadasi.

The lightly raced Formermissuniverse - who had a year off prior to being served by the well credentialled Bawaardi has already produced two winners and has three fillies by the reliable Love Conquers All coming through.

Formermissuniverse is one of six winners for the talented mare Vicarious who at two won three (at Warwick Farm, Rosehill and Randwick) races in a row. Her dam Duchess Peggy is an imported daughter of the stakes winner Coryana whose eight winners include the Gr.2 winning successful stallion Waajib and the Listed winners Cote d'Azur and Castilla... and her descendants include the stakes winners Keltos (Gr.1 Lockinge Stakes), Conillon, Special Nash, Asterita, Californian, Salouen, Krataios, Loxias, Kavafi, Iridanos, Riven Light, Special River, Setting Trends and Setembro Chove.

This is a family that has been producing topliners for generations and it Formermissuniverse with her Danehill free pedigree is easy to find good matches for. Such as Bawaardi who provides for a lovely 4 X 6 cross of the influential mare Thong - third dam of Sadler's Wells.

A $1.3 million Easter yearling precocious enough to race four times at two - finishing third at debut to Starspangledbanner in the Inglis 2Y0 at Moonee Valley on W.S Cox Plate, Bawaardi bolted in with his maiden second up before finishing off nicely from a tricky gate in Reward For Effort's Gr.1 Blue Diamond Stakes.

Twice stakes placed at three, Bawaardi raced through three seasons - winning nine of his 34 starts, finishing on the placings on a further seven occasions. A son of the very fast dual stakes winner Stella Artois from a known speed family, he has been a quiet achiever at stud - serving only small books but already siring five nice winners from his first small group of runners (including the six times winner Stars Don't Rust who has won four of his last five starts).

Formermissuniverse is up to date with trim, drench and 2 in 1 vaccination. She is good to handle and float and has no health issues.
