10% SHARE IN SPRING BREAK
Spring Break is a lightly raced 5yo gelding by Tavistock. He has only had the 11 starts to date with 3 wins and 3 placings. He is an exceptional type and has great pedigree being a half to group 1 winners Habibi.
He still has plenty of racing ahead of him and we expect to see him winning his way through the grades.
We felt a change of training/racing environment would suit him and he will be trained by Nathan Doyle in Newcastle this preparation after having his first 11 start with the Price/Kent yard. They have done a great job with him but we feel a move up to NSW would benefit him and could see him progress through the grades into metro racing and to the Midway races.
Spring Break is currently in pre-training now and is expected to head into Nathan’s stables within the next 2-3 weeks.
He is coming off a lengthy spell due to feeling a knee after his last run on a heavy and shifting surface. He has recovered well and is sound and in great order.
Spring Break is managed by Import Racing who provide regular communication, updates, audio updates, videos etc. You will be well advised of your horse's progress at all times.
The estimated monthly upkeep for a 10% share averages out to approximately $355. That figure will vary from month to month depending on where the horse is (i.e., in full work, racing, pre-training or spelling).
