What an exciting opportunity this gelding represents. A tough first-up winner at Kilmore of his maiden on February 24 at only his third start as his maturity starts to kick in. The second place getter AIR BLUE has since gone on to win at Kilmore on March 10th.
His owners are realistic commercial traders and are happy to offer the opportunity for this powerful son of Vancouver, knowing his career is all in front of him.
He has enormous presence, stands at 16.1hands and weights 531kg but is an athletic animal of terrific nature, though still maturing.
His rider had trouble pulling the whip through to his left hand at Kilmore but noted he was a horse that will improve off that and appreciate stepping up to 1400m and 1600m with the asset of racing on-pace.
He was a $125,000 Coolmore bred Magic Millions yearling and carries the BOBS Bonus eligibility as well.
He is a half-brother to Coolmore’s Group 2 Skyline Stakes winner Valentia, who trained on to be placed behind Scissor Kick in an Up And Coming Stakes at 3 as well as a Stan Fox Stakes behind Shooting To Win and Scissor Kick, it’s a deep page with only two dams on it.
Inspections are welcome and all efforts are made to disclose all information on the horse but would always recommend independent vetting if required.
This three-year-old represents a city grade horse in the making. (He has remained in full work with the current trainer pending this sale so he will be ready to go on with straight away).
