Grunt x Dardania (Street Cry) Filly
This yearling filly is by our dual G1 winning sire, GRUNT and out of the well-related STREET CRY mare, Dardania.
A pedigree bursting with black type winners, Dardania is out of the 2YO winning, G2 Matamata Breeders Stakes placegetter, LIATRIS (Rock of Gibraltar). LIATRIS is a ¾ sister to 4X Group winner SHANIA DANE, and of highly successful Hong Kong galloper in SCINTILLATION, a winner of 12 races including victories in the Hong Kong Classic Mile, Hong Kong Centenary Sprint Cup (twice), Challenge Cup and the Sprint Trophy etc. Additionally, she is a ½ sister to Stakes winning, G3 Millie Fox Stakes placegetter, RISK AVERSION.
This Yearling Filly is by Grunt, our resident X2 G1 winning son of Champion Sire, O’Reilly. She is bred on the highly successful O’Reilly x Street Cry cross that has left multiple 2021-2022 G2 winning and G1 placegetters such as boom filly SELF OBSESSION (G2 winning / G1 NZ OAKS placed), SARACINO (G2 Danehill Stakes winner) & SHAMUS (G2 Wellington Guineas winner)
Her dam sire, STREET CRY, needs no introduction, his producing daughters leaving elite G1 racehorses such as CON TE PARTIRO, FARNAN, POUNAMU, CASCADIAN, LYRE, SEPTEMBER RUN and DAUMIER.
