Description
A good sort of colt, strong bodied and looks a runner. Rather typical of what Nicconi throws, a tough consistent racehorse. This colt is bred to be fast, his dam was a five time winner up to 1200m. His second dam produced Pressing, a two time winning 2yo also successful at stakes level and 4th at Group One level as a juvenile. Also from the family of Absolute Flirt who was another two time winner at two and a stakes winner over 1050m. This family appears to mature quickly and this colt appears of a similar mould.
Nicconi continues to do a fantastic job at stud, not only is he the sire of the word’s best sprinter Nature Strip (seven Group ones) and Graceful Girl (also a Group one winner this season!), but he’s also currently leading Victorian sire, and second on the overall Australian sires table! Already this season he has sired 83 individual winners in Australia alone and he is right on track for yet another season with over 100 winners. It’s no wonder his progeny are so highly sought after in the sales ring with yearlings averaging close to $120,000 this year and selling up to $340,000!
