ELEGANT MACHINE is a lovely New Zealand bred mare who has had four foals to date who have sold well with her BRAZEN BEAU selling for $150,000 as a yearling and most recently her quality SHALAA colt selling for $140,000 at the 2022 Melbourne Premier Sale to the stables of Matt Cumani in Ballarat. With her progeny in some of the top stables in Victoria they will be given every opportunity.
ELEGANT MACHINE is out of the stakes winning mare ASTRALITA who won the G2 SAJC Breeders’ Stakes and placed in both the G2 VRC Edward Manifold Stakes and G3 SAJC Spring Stakes. ASTRALITA has had 11 foals all to race for 8 winners including the stakes winning ASTRONOMIA who took out the Listed Belmont Valor Lady Stakes in the US and placed 2nd in the G2 VRC Wakeful Stakes and the G3 AJC Fernhill Stakes, also placing 4th in the G1 AJC Flight Stakes and 4th in the VRC Oaks on Australian soil. ELEGANT MACHINE herself was a four-time winner from 1400m to 2050m including a metro win.
ELEGANT MACHINE’s 2021 SHOWTIME is a lovely colt and she is back in foal to SHOWTIME on a 1st of October cover. The SHOWTIME yearlings have been well received with his top colt selling for $200,000 and top filly selling $230,000.
