Lightly raced country staying prospect

RUTILANT is a lightly raced 3yo gelding by MEDAGLIA D’ORO who has raced 6 times for 2 wins and one place. He is a promising stayer in the making and sells unreserved.

RUTILANT has raced 6 times for 2 wins including on his 2nd career start over 1300m at Scone. He has won over 1600m and placed 3rd at Tuncurry over 1600m on his last start in January. He is rated 62. RUTILANT is an on pace horse who likes good ground, 1600m+ races and has underperformed with headgear on in the past.

RUILANT suffered a quarter crack in January and has been given time off for that to grow down and heal – which it now has. Please see attached vet report. He is foot sore without shoes on and is ready to return to pre-training.

RUTILANT sells unreserved as he no longer suits our portfolio focused on city performing horses.
