This filly is being offered as part of a stock management programme for owners who maintain a small, select group of mares.
A well bred filly who was regularly inconvenienced by racing on soft or heavy surfaces. She consistently raced in Sydney metropolitan grade and was only 2.45 lengths off Group 1 winner Profondo at her second start, a race which also included G2 winner Mokulua and talented filly Stray. She is retired sound.
This is an excellent family that looks to have scope for further progression. She is a half sister to promising 2YO Waverider Buoy, who has had 1 start when an excellent second to black-type performer Calgary Stampede over 1100m at Rosehill in November on the back of just one trial. She is highly-regarded.
This is also the family of recent G1 winner Fangirl, who a half sister to the dam of Scat's Surfer Girl. Granddam Little Surfer Girl is in foal to high-class young sire Wotton Bassett and has a very good looking Pariah yearling to go into training with Chris Waller in 2022. Her daughters Dancing Gidget and Palmateer have been retained to breed from by Ingham Bloodstock.
This filly is an attractive broodmare prospect for the upcoming breeding season and could potentially race on if a purchaser is so inclined.
