Description
12YO mare Buyback is a winner over 2000m is a big, strong scopey mare who passes these attributes on to her progeny.
She comes from a very active family that decends from the female family of Sir Gaylord and Secretariat, her dam a Listed winner saved her best for the breeding barn which has seen her produce nine foals of which eigth are winners. Her half-sister Aristocratic Miss is sure to provide pedigree updates in the future.
Buyback has had one of her progeny to race which we intend to retain. We have been unfortunate with her other progeny passing away due to paddock accidents. She is currently not in foal, but is a good breeder and a good mother.
A daughter of Red Ransom, who has established an excellent record as a broodmare sire, with the likes of Secret Agenda, Odeum, Yourdeel, Rollout The Carpet, Deploy, Ghisoni, Alassio etc. are amongst 132 stakes winners produced from his daughters. Buyback would be a nice addition to any broodmare band.
This horse is offered as part of a reduction sale by Wyadup Valley Farms. Tried horses that we have sold through Inglis include Zagaya, Shangani Patrol and North Afrika each won in excess of $200k.
