Description
Tillys star is a young 4 time winning daughter of Champion Stallion So You Think out of the Multiple Listed, G3 Placed General Nediym, Mare Follow the Till. Coolmore’s former champion racehorse and now leading sire So You Think is enjoying a benchmark season and posted his 40th lifetime stakes-winner including a treble of Group 1 winners in one day at Royal Randwick.
Tilly is Ready to go to stud this season after a successful racetrack career with 4 wins and 6 placing’s to her name and nearly 80k in the bank.
She had some soreness in her front fetlocks due to normal racing wear and tear, which has lead to her retirement from the racetrack. The mare has been treated (see the attached vet report for details) and is currently very sound with no issues. She has shown plenty of ability on the track and with her composition and pedigree is poised to have a very successful career at stud.
The mare has everything going for her, just look at her sire ON FIRE and what an exceptional time he is having through the deeds of G1 winners Knights Order, Think It Over and Nimalee, but also as the broodmare sire of the Champion 2YO elect Fireburn, a winner of the G1 Golden Slipper and G1 Sires’ Produce Stakes.
This mare standing approx.15;3 is a beautiful type, strong and robust with plenty of scope and a terrific attitude to boot. Tilly would be a valuable addition to anyone’s broodmare band and will be ready for an early cover to the stallion of your choice.
The family is set to get plenty of upgrades with full sister “She’s My Girl” foaling down a Trapeze Artist colt in 2021 and back in foal to him this year. With other youngsters coming through the family from So You think, Starspangledbanner, Lean Mean Machine, Fierce Impact, Niconoise etc. there is plenty of upside.
