Good bodied MERCHANT NAVY filly with a pedigree. Her dam is a half-sister to the dam of Champion sire DUBAWI.
This strong MERCHANT NAVY filly offers trainers and breeders alike the opportunity to purchase a young racehorse with residual value. She is a half-sister to a black type Newmarket performer sharing the same 2nd dam as DUBAWI himself. MERCHANT NAVY is the sire of 4 winners and we expect his progeny to be worth a lot more in 12 months’ time as they hit their straps as 3yos.
This filly has been given time to mature and missed the yearling sales. As a younger horse, she had successful surgery to clean up her x-rays on her left stifle and we monitor her conformation in front.
