Description
Al Afraah is a commercial mare by the great Encosta De Lago out of the stakes winning Danehill mare Afraah.
Afraah is a half sister to Willow, the dam of stakes winner Aliferous, Durnford and Ulundi.
Al Afraah boasts a cover to Jukebox and has been tested in foal. Jukebox the brilliant Group- winning sprinting son of Sntizel has started his career at stud as the sire of 2yo winners jukebox Flyer and Cabrinella with the Metropolitan place Jukebox Glow.
Al Afraah's most recent progeny consist of 4yo Mare -Philly Special ( By I Am Invincible ) - 1 win to date with the Edmonds Stable. Unraced Yearling Filly ( By Star Witness ) with Kelly Schweida and a Dubious Colt recently weaned and being retained by the owners.
Being sold as a genuine stock reduction , Al Afraah will make an excellent addition to any breeder's broodmare band.
