Description
Well related mare with plenty of upside in the family.
In foal to very popular first season sire Anders. As a he is a son of Not A Single Doubt, the resulting foal will be bred very similarly to Slipper winner Farnan.
Bucasia showed ability on the track, plenty of speed, placed every start to provincial NSW level over short courses. She has a good nature, easy to work with, and easy to get in foal.
Current owner is a hobbyist who breeds to race and has enough stock to go on with.
Her first foal by All Too Hard is a 2yo with Lee & Cherie Curtis at Rosehill. They like to give All Too Hard horses time but say she has shown plenty of promise and pleased the stable with her progress. Currently in pre-training, she is expected back in the Rosehill stable shortly and to get to trials and race this prep.
The Astern yearling is in the final stages of breaking and is a strong type that has done everything right so far.
The weanling colt by Brutal will also be retained to race and will get every chance.
